Who runs it
SiteFlip is owned and operated by Domain Farm Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company 13544286, VAT GB435224124, at Vantage House, Euxton. Domain Farm is a Nominet registrar with its own tag and a live EPP connection to the .uk registry, which is why we can transfer a .uk domain ourselves rather than handing you a form.
What we will not do
We will not publish a figure we have not read from a connected data source. Where a number has not been through that process the listing says so, in words. The sold-price index stays empty until a sale completes, rather than being seeded with comparables from somewhere else.
We will not hold your money. Completion runs through your own solicitor or Escrow.com, so the funds never pass through us.
Where we are today
SiteFlip launched in September 2026. At the moment everything listed belongs to Domain Farm, which makes this a shop rather than a marketplace, and you should read it as one. We are opening to outside sellers once our own first sales have completed.
