Sell your site

We are opening SiteFlip to outside sellers once we have completed our first sales. Tell us about your site now and you go to the front of that queue.

What we will list

UK web businesses where the figures can be checked: you connect Analytics, Search Console or Stripe by OAuth and we read the numbers directly. If we cannot verify it, we will not list it, and we expect to turn down more than half of what is submitted.

That sounds unwelcoming and it is meant to. The reason a buyer trusts any listing on this site is that they know what it took to get there.

What it costs

Nothing to list. Eight percent of the sale price on completion, with a £250 minimum, invoiced with VAT. For comparison, Flippa's success fee runs to ten percent and Empire Flippers charge fifteen.

What we will not do

We will not hold your money. Completion runs through Escrow.com or a solicitor's client account, so the funds never touch us. We will not run an auction on your site at this stage either, because with the buyer numbers we have today an auction would realise less than a fixed price, not more.
