How it works
Short version: we publish what we can prove, we do not touch your money, and we tell you what we do not know.
Verification
A listing is verified when the seller has connected Google Analytics, Search Console or Stripe by OAuth and we have read the figures from the source. A screenshot is not verification. An accountant's letter is not verification. Where a number has not been through that process, the listing says so in words rather than leaving you to guess.
Buying
Every listing carries a fixed price you can act on, with the option to make an offer underneath it. Enquire and we will send the full figures under NDA. Once you commit, completion runs through your own solicitor or Escrow.com, and SiteFlip never holds the funds at any point.
Transfer
For a .uk domain, transfer is an IPS tag change through Nominet, usually completing within a working day of cleared funds. For a site, we work through a written checklist covering the domain, content and media, hosting, the Analytics and Search Console properties, and any advertising or affiliate accounts the network allows to be reassigned. Sites include thirty days of handover support.
What we are, plainly
SiteFlip launched in September 2026 and is owned by Domain Farm Ltd. At the moment everything listed belongs to Domain Farm, which means this is a shop rather than a marketplace, and you should read it as one. We are opening to outside sellers once our own first sales have completed.
Your data
If you send an enquiry we store your email address and your message so we can reply, and we use them for nothing else. We do not sell them and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. Email us and we will delete them.
